I suppose I should start by saying that I think it's a fairly nice drawing. Your proportions are pretty pleasing, and it's got some good thought/story behind it.

On the other hand, I don't know if it is really much of a concept. To really make something a concept, it sort of needs iterations and more clarity. What I mean by that is if you're trying to develop the character's concepts or design, you want to parse them out from things like this that are more illustration leaning. This would include things like different expressions, ages, outfits, etc. on plain backgrounds so that you don't get distracted from the ideas. It would be good to have these sorts of drawings for the different undead characters in the background as well. This is not really a critique of the drawing. It's more like something to consider in the story/visual building of your project.

As a critique on the drawing itself, I would say the biggest issue is probably clarity. It is really hard to tell what is going on when you have this many figures and they are all drawn with the same values and line quality. It's pretty hard to distinguish the planes the figures are on without larger value differences---which is difficult to do quickly with essentially just lineart.

If you wanted to keep it just lines, you could draw the background figures with thinner, lighter lines using the tip of your pencil. Or if you wanted to add an element of painterly technique you could use the broad side of your pencil to fill in characters on different planes with distinguishing tones. Maybe limit it so that your front figure has the darkest tones on the page and as you go backwards, the value range becomes more restricted and lighter. This would help make the front figure pop and make the masses behind her seem more immense.

It's a pretty cool drawing and it seems you have story ideas so you just have to keep moving forward.
